Refunds
Quite simply, if we make a mistake – then we make a replacement My Birthday Teddy and post it to you, at no extra cost.

If you get the name wrong – ring us as soon as you realize and if the teddy hasn’t already been processed, we can amend the spelling of the name. However, once the My Birthday Teddy™ has been embroidered, if you need to change the name or message, you will have to order another teddy. So remember – CHECK, CHECK and DOUBLE CHECK – the details. After all, they are there for life.

Delivery Time
As My Birthday Teddy™ is such a unique teddy, we ask that you plan for a 28 day delivery approximate time in Australia (remember you have to wait nine months for a baby and a whopping 23 months for a baby elephant! The lucky lady mice only have to wait about 20 days – but there’s a pay-off: she could have between 4 to 16 babies per litter and up to 8 litters per year ……) In countries other than Australia, we ask you to plan for 6 weeks delivery approximate time. Please call customer service for further estimated delivery times.

We do everything in our power to make sure we meet this delivery time however there are times when delays may occur. When you order the My Birthday Teddy™ you have the option to send the recipient an e-card so they know that their bear is on the way to them.

Delivery Method
You can have your My Birthday Teddy™ delivered to you so you can present it to the lucky recipient or it can be delivered directly to the recipient’s house. Just fill out your details and the specific delivery details when you place your order. All My Birthday Teddy™’s are delivered by Australia Post in a specially designed Post Pak. The My Birthday Teddy™ is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and its very own Birth or Graduation Certificate is included.

Terms and Conditions

When you buy a My Birthday Teddy™ we go to great lengths to make sure that your teddy arrives exactly the way you wanted it, when you wanted it. On very rare occasions, this doesn’t happen.

Pricing and Payment
Each My Birthday Teddy™ costs $49.95 inclusive of GST and personalised embroidery. The postage and handling is $13.60 for each bear as they are delivered individually packaged in a My Birthday Teddy™ Post Pak by Australia Post.

do not distribute, rent or sell any of your personal information.

We must cooperate fully with any law institution should a situation arise where our information can be of assistance. All areas of our site that request sensitive information, such as personal and credit card information, are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer, SSL. This means that the information that is sent to and from our server is encrypted. If someone were to intercept your information they would not be able to interpret it.
